DUE DATES & UPDATES

5th Grade Promotion Info:

We will celebrate student accomplishments for the year and formally recognize the passage of students from elementary school to middle school. This is a very special occasion for your son or daughter and we are requesting that students dress appropriately for the ceremony.

Suggested attire is listed below:

· Girls – Nice dress or skirt and blouse. Skirts should be longer than finger length with hands at side. Shoulder straps on sleeveless dresses should be at least three fingers wide. No spaghetti straps, tennis shoes, flip flops, shorts or jeans.

· Boys – Nice shirts with collars, ties if available, golf shirts acceptable, khaki slacks. Dress “casual” shoes. No tennis shoes, shorts or jeans.

Please arrive 30 min. before the start time as seats are first come, first served and families will not be permitted to enter the event center until after the 5th grade procession.

Please don’t bring loud horns and balloons that will distract other families.

When students leave the event center after the promotion, please meet your students at their classrooms. From there, you will be able to take pictures and/or sign out your student for the rest of the day.
